Isabel Plumed holds a degree in Archaeology, Prehistory and Ancient History from the University of Barcelona.
She has taken several courses on Egyptology and holds a Master’s degree in Conservation and Restoration from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
Biography
Isabel Plumed holds a degree in Archaeology, Prehistory and Ancient History from the University of Barcelona. She has taken several courses on Egyptology and holds a Master's degree in Conservation and Restoration from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She worked with her husband Günter Dreyer (deceased in 2019) at the Abydos royal burial complex as well as at Luxor. She is currently a PhD student at the University of Cordoba with a research project based on the administrative labels of Abydos. She has an extensive experience in archaeological drawing and virtual reconstruction of broken pieces.
