Biography
A student of History at the Complutense University of Madrid and taking specialisation courses in archaeology and Egyptology, as well as physical anthropology, Saskia participates in the UCM Teaching Innovation project on medieval cities "e-civitas", being a speaker at the I Workshop of this project. Initiator of the Madrid e Historia project, to disseminate information about history and organise cultural visits, workshops and courses. She has worked as an assistant at the Puerta de Alcalá during the city council's project "Abierto por reformas¨, as well as being a cultural educator, having worked as a cultural guide in Madrid. Speaker at the 5th International Congress of Young Researchers of the Ancient World at the University of Murcia with the paper "Mathematics in Pharaonic Egypt: basic arithmetic operations through the Rhind Papyrus". She also participates as a volunteer in the excavations of the Medieval Town of IFACH, in the Roman mining site of Otero de Herreros and with the Royales Project and in the Roman site of Ségrobiga. Currently working as a coordinator at the Casa de la Moneda Museum and the Lázaro Galdiano Museum, for the company Krea Cultura y Ocio.
