Carmen Aumente López is graduated in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage at the University of Granada, achieving a more complete training thanks to the Master’s Degree in Science and Technology in Architectural Heritage (CyTPA) at the same university.
As a complement to her academic training in Restoration, she completed a degree in Art History at the UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia).
Biography
Carmen Aumente López is graduated in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage at the University of Granada, achieving a more complete training thanks to the Master's Degree in Science and Technology in Architectural Heritage (CyTPA) at the same university. As a complement to her academic training in Restoration, she completed a degree in Art History at the UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia). She has specialised in architectural and archaeological heritage, participating in various projects in recent years, such as the stabilisation of the Tomares Treasure (Seville) or various interventions on Roman mosaics and stone supports. She is currently working in the private sector in an archaeology company based in Malaga, as a conservator and restorer.
