María Isabel Andrade Hita has a degree in Geography and History and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Egyptology at the University of Alcalá de Henares.
She has worked at an archaeological site in Luxor as a trainee in physical anthropology. She has training in excavation methodology and recording of bone remains and in palaeopathology from the University of Alcalá de Henares.

María Isabel Andrade Hita has a degree in Geography and History and is currently studying for a Master's degree in Egyptology at the University of Alcalá de Henares. She has worked at an archaeological site in Luxor as a trainee in physical anthropology. She has training in excavation methodology and recording of bone remains and in palaeopathology from the University of Alcalá de Henares. She also studied Middle Egyptian and Egyptian Arabic. She has extracurricular training in Egyptology at various institutions in subjects such as: 2019: ¨Wood in ancient Egypt¨, University of Jaen. 2020: “Art, science and heritage of manuscripts”, E-Japan University of Science and Technology, Cairo, Egypt. She has also attended various congresses and conferences, such as the International Congress of Egyptology. ¨Artists in Ancient Egypt¨, Madrid.
